B2B Sales Specialist

The company is looking for a skilled B2B sales professional with 4–8 years’ experience to handle prospecting, CRM management, cold calling, and other outreach tasks. This person should have a proven track record of closing deals, strong knowledge of Hubspot, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. A background in SaaS or tech consulting is a plus.

Required Experience

• 4–8 years of sales experience (lead generation, appointment setting, and closing)
• HubSpot experience
• Ability to close deals
• Appointment setting experience
• Relationship-building/client-facing experience
• Understanding of sales tools
• Tech-savvy
• Familiarity with Zapier
• Background in SaaS or tech consultancy (nice to have)

Nice To Have Experience

• Proficiency with lead enrichment tools (Hubspot, Apollo, Uplead)  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dripify campaigns  
• Experience setting up automations using Zapier  
• Ability to leverage AI to improve lead nurturing emails  
• Strong research skills for identifying relevant contacts based on website activity  
• Comfort with live chat responses and appointment booking  
• Confidence in discovery calls and closing deals  
• Experience in follow-up calls and upselling  
• Proficiency in CRM management

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new leads  
• Conduct general outreach  
• Manage and update CRM data  
• Perform cold calling  
• Execute cold emailing campaigns  
• Develop sales scripts and funnels

Incentive structure:

Commissions for each closed deal and for successful upsells, in addition to the base salary.
