Customer Success & Growth manager

As a Customer Success & Growth Manager, you’ll be the front line of customer engagement—driving retention, revenue, and satisfaction. From onboarding new clients to reactivating churned accounts and identifying upsell opportunities, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey and fueling company growth. You’ll also collaborate closely with leadership and product teams to build scalable processes and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS (Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management).
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • Highly organized and self-driven in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with distributed teams.

Nice To Have Experience

  • Bonus: Familiarity with the creator economy, influencer marketing, or social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and coordinate demos or sales calls with leadership.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth setup for new customers, guiding them to early value realization.
  • Customer Success: Proactively manage relationships, conduct regular check-ins, and provide strategic support.
  • Retention & Win-Backs: Identify at-risk or churned customers, implement re-engagement strategies, and improve retention.
  • Process Building: Document internal workflows and help design scalable systems for customer lifecycle management.
  • Product Feedback: Gather and communicate client insights to the product team to inform development priorities.
  • Upselling: Identify growth opportunities and introduce customers to features or plans that meet their evolving needs.
