

Outbound Sales Specialist - High-Net-Worth Clients
The company is looking for a well-spoken, results-driven outbound sales professional who can handle cold calling, general outreach, prospecting, and CRM management for high-net-worth apartment owners in Central London. This role requires someone who’s comfortable with tools like Zoho CRM or Zoho Bigin and eager to work under a performance-based incentive structure. They’ll focus on both B2B and B2C outreach, sourcing prospects through Propalt.io and converting them into long-term service subscribers.

Responsibilities
• Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and other channels to prospective building owners and letting agents
• Research and qualify prospects based on building location, size, and age criteria
• Maintain and update the CRM system to track lead status and nurture relationships
• Schedule and coordinate in-person or virtual meetings to discuss services and close deals
• Follow up on direct mail campaigns and other marketing efforts to generate warm leads
• Negotiate and present proposals to potential clients, ensuring clarity of service offerings
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with letting agents through referral agreements
• Segment and tailor outreach strategies for tenants, landlords, and owner-occupiers
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and share prospect feedback
• Track and report on conversion rates, goals, and key metrics to refine outreach tactics
Incentive structure:
They plan to pay SDRs a set amount per in-person meeting, a smaller fee for virtual (Zoom) meetings, and a commission for every deal that closes.
