The company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to handle lead processing, meeting scheduling, and administrative tasks that support the sales team. You’ll keep the sales process moving smoothly at every stage—from new leads, to scheduled calls, to proposal presentations—so that the Sales Manager and Sales Executive can focus on closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new prospects
  • Create prospecting lists from databases and lead sources
  • Conduct research to gather prospect communication details and intel
  • Execute phone outreach to book discovery sessions and generate referrals
  • Send agendas to prospects and confirm attendance prior to meetings
  • Attend discovery meetings, open the meeting, and introduce the Sales Executive
  • Develop and maintain personalized pitch decks
  • Manage and update the internal sales CRM
  • Update and maintain objection registers and performance reports
  • Develop and refine sales scripts and processes
  • Perform routine prospect research and CRM updates
