You'll work closely with the leadership to set social media platforms, standards and expectations and ensure our guests always receive exceptional service and have a great experience, including: * Lead/participate in content brainstorming and creation for social media platforms * Interact with our customers on Facebook social media platform; resolve customer experience issues, reply to reviews, find ways to surprise and delight our customers * Engage through social listening and prospective customer engagement via social media (i.e., liking photos, leaving comments on photos, engagement tactics) * Assist in preparing and scheduling social media posts.
