Overview Abacus Technology is seeking a Sr. Acquisition Logistician to support the planning, development, implementation and management of a comprehensive, affordable and effective systems support strategy at Wright-Patterson AFB. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities * Assist in producing or reviewing documents for program office use that support the breadth of acquisition and sustainment logistics efforts. * Support the program office during Materiel Solution Analysis, Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction, EMD, Production and Deployment, and Operations and Support phases, to include all milestone activities. * Assist with the planning, managing, and coordinating the total cradle-to-grave life cycle logistics support for assigned weapon systems or subsystems, integrating separate functions of supply, maintenance, procurement, and quality assurance into logistics activities required to sustain the system fielding. * Assist with monitoring functional and organization compliance with milestones and performance criteria. * Assist in the coordination and integration of taskings. * Assist in the continuous evaluation of the status and effectiveness of program support in all functional areas to ensure adequate support plans and accurate time phased schedules. * Assist in the development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans as well as systems acquisition requirements analysis. * Assist in the management, monitoring, evaluation, and coordination of ILS implementation.
