 <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements;</li>
 <li>Perform regular maintenance and updates on the SailPoint platform to ensure optimal performance and security compliance;</li>
 <li>Conduct identity lifecycle management, including user onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews;</li>

 <li>Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and their integration with SailPoint;</li>
