 * Ensures timely coordination of department members’ administrative needs:
 * Manages multiple and/or or complex team calendars (Outlook)
 * Coordinates local and international travel, meeting arrangements, visitor accommodations, and processes expense reports for department travelers
 * Organizes meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs
 * Prepare and process forms, documents and correspondence; anticipates, revises and sends correspondence Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
 * Assisting with special projects
 * Coordinating processes including invoicing, purchase orders, mailings and courier/deliveries
 * Maintaining department email distribution lists
 * Preparing agendas and taking action-items as the need arises
