<ul>
 <li>Solid experience in a User Experience Design role and comfortable delivering user focused, insight driven, accessible digital products with minimal guidance.</li>
 <li>A proven understanding and application of fundamental principles of UI Design (e.g use of grids and spacing, hierarchy, typography and colour).</li>
 <li>Experience facilitating and driving workshops and design sprints within an agile software development environment.</li>
 <li>Understand the opportunities and limitations of the technology that the design solution will be expressed in, and use your experience to influence how to determine its implementation.</li>
 <li>The ability to work as part of a team and give constructive feedback on process improvements and can contribute to the structural design of an interface.</li>
 <li>Experience mentoring and training junior members of the team and help shape the design process established by the UX Lead.</li>
 <li>Ability to work with and influence stakeholders</li>
