The role</b></h3><p>
Atom Learning is looking for a Product Designer to join the design team!</p><p>
You will work in an agile environment to rapidly create user-centered designs through research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
</p><p>You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility, while maintaining a high standard of UX and UI.</p><p>

<li>You will be the product designer within a cross-functional development team. Plus you&rsquo;ll be part of the wider Product team, who you can rely on to share and collect feedback on your designs.</li>

Who you are</b></h3><ul>
<li>You LOVE being a designer and have excellent attention to detail.</li>
<li>You have a portfolio of work demonstrating a history of creating customer-focused, simple and intuitive designs from product discovery to continuous improvements.</li>
<li>Proficiency using the latest design tools, including Figma and user testing tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to present to, influence and take onboard feedback from other Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and the senior leadership team (SLT).</li>
<li>Ability to define and drive your priorities and requirements to reach your goals, with input from managers and other leaders.</li>
<li>Ability to drive usability research to test design concepts with customers.</li>
<li>Experience working on design projects in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team including designers, product managers, and software developers.</li>
<li>Experience working within a fast paced, agile environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with research methodologies and turning customer feedback into actionable findings.</li>
<li>Experience designing responsive websites and apps (mobile, tablet, desktop).</li>
