 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy, drive team development, and achieve client acquisition and retention goals.
 This role requires you to be ready for business trips.
 What you'll do:
 Development of Marketing Strategy

 <li>Formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.</li>
 <li>Market analysis, competitor analysis, customer base segmentation.</li>

 Customer Acquisition and Retention
 <ul>
 <li>Implementing multichannel campaigns to attract potential customers.</li>
 <li>Implementing loyalty and customer retention programs.</li>
 </ul>
 Content Marketing
 <ul>
 <li>Planning and coordinating content production (articles, blogs, analytical materials, videos, podcasts, webinars, etc).</li>
 <li>Ensuring SEO and content analytics to enhance visibility.</li>
 </ul>
 Digital Marketing
 <ul>
 <li>Utilizing social media, email marketing, PPC, and other digital channels.</li>
 <li>Working with marketing analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.</li>
 </ul>
 Team Management and Development
 <ul>
 <li>Conduct 1-1s with the existing team, hire new team members, and implement KPIs and goals to make sure the marketing team is efficient.</li>
 <li>Be a mentor and a coach to your team.</li>

 Implementing data-driven approach
