You should have sales or project management experience, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication. Fluency in French and English is essential, and additional languages are a plus.

You will manage seller portfolios, analyze performance data, lead cross-functional projects, and drive growth by collaborating across Back Market teams.

   <br> En tant que Stagiaire Account Manager au sein de l'équipe "Seller Lifecycle", vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos reconditionneurs et les soutiendrez pour offrir aux clients les meilleurs produits en termes de qualité et de prix. Vous vous concentrerez sur divers sujets liés à la qualité, la conformité, la formation et les connaissances des vendeurs, l'analyse des prix, et la concurrence dans le secteur du e-commerce.

     <li>Gérer un portefeuille de vendeurs et être responsable de leurs performances de vente et de qualité sur notre plateforme.</li>
     <li>Fournir des insights clés à partir de données brutes et de situations actuelles (analyser les bases de données, les tendances majeures des KPI ou les données qualitatives).</li>
     <li>Mener des projets transversaux pour adapter des solutions à nos vendeurs.</li>
     <li>Contribuer fortement à la croissance de notre activité en travaillant de manière transversale au sein de Back Market.</li>

     <li>Vous avez idéalement une expérience préalable en vente, en conseil ou en gestion de projet, et c’est encore mieux si cette expérience était dans le secteur du e-commerce.</li>
     <li>Vous faites preuve d'une forte capacité d'analyse et de gestion de projet – vous savez utiliser les insights et avez confiance dans la prise de décision basée sur les données (la maîtrise d'Excel est indispensable, et SQL est un plus).</li>
     <li>Vous êtes un excellent joueur d'équipe, vous communiquez bien, et vous êtes très motivé(e) avec un état d'esprit "can-do" et "will-do".</li>
     <li>Vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois (de janvier à juin 2025).</li>
     <li>Vous êtes actuellement inscrit en M1 ou M2 (ou équivalent MsC, 4ème année de BBA).</li>
     <li>L'anglais est une évidence (maîtrise professionnelle complète/fluent). Si vous êtes super cool et parlez d'autres langues (allemand, espagnol), c'est un bonus pour vous ! <b>Pour ce poste chez Back Market, vous devrez parler couramment le français :)</b></li>
