 We are currently recruiting for an Account Administrator to join our Global Sales Support Team, based at our Head Office in South Shields. The role will provide administration support to the Global Sales Support Key Accounts Team who’s goal it is to manage customer order books and ensure on time delivery of their orders as well as providing world class customer service in line with business objectives and the Barbour values. 
 This is a developing role which may lead into a Sales Support position and full training will be provided. 
 Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 <li>Process sales orders, take telephone orders and enquiries and reply to correspondence within specified time limits (KPI’s)</li>
 <li> Provide customer order book reports</li>
 <li> Coordinate deliveries to customers via our global warehouses</li>
 <li> Order cancellations are kept up to date and details recorded</li>
 <li> Process forward orders within the ordering timetable &amp; ensure they are accurate</li>
 <li> Complete order line re-dates and rephasing of orders depending on delivery dates of product</li>
