Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure a cohesive brand identity.</li><li>
Push creative boundaries by exploring new design approaches, typography, colour schemes, and layout techniques.</li><li>
Maintain a deep understanding of the latest design technology and trends, integrating them into your work.</li><li>
Support internal teams with high-quality design for bids, pitches, and client presentations.</li><li>
Work within brand guidelines while also bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.</li><li>
Line management of our Junior Graphic Designer</li><li>
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.</li></ul> 
Key Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Proven experience in graphic design, either in-house or agency.</li><li>
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to think strategically about design and its role in business growth.</li><li>
A natural disruptor&mdash;someone who isn&rsquo;t afraid to challenge conventional approaches and present bold ideas.</li><li>
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding.</li><li>
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.</li><li>
