About The Role

As a product manager at BigHand, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development and success of a product from conception to launch and beyond. You will act as a bridge between various departments, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, ensuring that the product aligns with the company's strategic goals and meets customer needs. Your ability to balance technical constraints, business objectives, and user experience will be essential for delivering successful and innovative products.

What you’ll do

Product Prioritization


 * Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
 * Collaborate with engineering and design teams to assess feasibility and effort for proposed features.
 * Make data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
 * Continuously reassess priorities based on feedback, market changes, and business objectives.
   
   
   

Stakeholder Communication and Alignment


 * Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
 * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between teams.
 * Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership, providing updates on product status and future plans.
 * Gather and integrate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve the product.
   
   
   

Client Engagement


 * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
 * Gather feedback and insights directly from clients to inform product improvements.
 * Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on product developments and gather input.
 * Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues related to the product.
   
   
   

Data Analysis


 * Analyse market trends, customer data, and user behaviour to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
 * Utilize analytics tools to track product performance and derive actionable insights.
 * Report on key metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making and strategy.
   
   
   

Competitive Analysis


 * Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
 * Identify key differentiators and opportunities to position the product effectively in the market.
 * Monitor competitor activities and strategies to anticipate potential challenges and respond proactively.
 * Incorporate competitive insights into product strategy and development to maintain a competitive edge.
   
   
   

What We’re Looking For


 * Proven experience (3 years) as a Product Manager in a tech company.
 * Proven experience using Microsoft's Office extensibility framework to create Office plug-ins or add-ons.
 * Experience working in B2B industry segments.
 * In-depth understanding of product development methodologies and agile practices.
 * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
 * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
 * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders remotely.
 * Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering products of the highest quality.
 * A keen interest in user research and qualitative customer insights
