You should have a relevant degree, 2+ years in LegalTech sales, fluency in German and English, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with senior decision-makers.

You will contribute to BRYTER&rsquo;s growth directly by aligning &amp; reinforcing the value of the BRYTER product suite to the customer's overall business plan and strategic objectives and decision criteria.</p><p>

<li>Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.</li>

<li>B.Sc./M.Sc./MBA degree in business, law or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong sales and business background focused on software technologies.</li>
<li>2 years of experience as Account Executive in LegalTech.</li>
<li>4-5 years of experience in Sales.</li>
<li>Demonstrable success in selling to senior business decision-makers and other key stakeholders of larger organisations, including multiple C-level.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of customer&rsquo;s business, discuss issues from multiple angles and establish trust.</li>
<li>Experience in developing and nurturing champions.</li>
<li>Highly fluent or native German and English speaker.</li>
<li>Based in Germany.</li>
