The post holder has responsibility for supporting the effective operational delivery for Talking Therapy services across NCL in the boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield and Islington, to ensure robust financial and performance management in line with key performance indicators. The post holder will work closely with service and Clinical Directors to ensure that there is a clear strategic direction for the service, in line with ICB plans for further development of talking therapy services. They will be expected to have a close working relationship with the Mental Health Leads for each of the boroughs, System Partners and the NCL Heads of Service to support the development of the service. The post holder will ensure the service is developed, to support the aim of increasing the number of people whose mental health can be supported and appropriately managed within talking therapy services, through improved and effective partnership working with voluntary sector organisations.
