Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer Assistants within the Chestertons network. As a Summer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our busy summer market during the peak season. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and work within a leading real estate agency

Hours: The role offers flexible working hours, with a commitment of 3-5 days per week. The hourly rate for this position is £12.50 per hour. Full-time and part-time positions and be available to work for several week between July - September.

Key Responsibilities:


 * Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
 * Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist with their inquiries
 * Support the team in managing property viewings and appointments
 * Help with maintaining accurate records and organizing property documents
 * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery
   
   

Requirements:


 * A valid driving license is preferred but not essential
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 * Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
 * Presentable appearance and professional demeanour
 * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
 * Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
