Using our networks, our customers can provide theirs, be they homes, businesses, schools, or hospitals with broadband, Ethernet and mobile connections so quick and reliable, you can practically take them for granted.
With almost two million premises already passed, our fully financed rollout programme is on track to serve a third of the UK by 2025. That’s around 8m homes, 800k businesses, 400k local authority sites and 250k 5G access points that will soon have access to the UK’s finest digital infrastructure.

You should be a UK qualified solicitor with strong UK law knowledge, good drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

You will handle corporate transactions, draft and negotiate agreements, support various legal matters, and manage risk while ensuring compliance across different areas of the business.

 This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 3 days a week.

 Joining us as an Associate Legal Counsel
 The Associate Legal Counsel will support on a broad variety of workstreams including strategic projects, corporate and commercial transactions, litigation and generally supporting the full spectrum of in-house legal work. You will work alongside and support more senior lawyers in the team as well as taking ownership over certain workstreams to deliver expert legal advice on often high-value and complex matters (as appropriate and with support from senior lawyers, as required).

 <li>Supporting on a wide variety of other legal work which may include litigation, employment, marketing &amp; advertising and compliance</li>
 <li>Drafting and negotiating customer and supplier agreements</li>
 <li>Risk mitigation, horizon scanning and awareness</li>
 </ul>
 What you’ll bring to the role
 As well as having a strong understanding of UK laws and regulations, ideally you'll be a UK qualified solicitor with PQE, however excellent candidates with less experience will be considered. You’ll also have:
