Key Holder

You will manage product displays, maintain inventory, analyze sales trends, assist customers, and ensure store standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.

  <li>Validate all the carton deliveries from the Distribution Center </li>
  <li>Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines </li>
  <li>Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor </li>
  <li>Ensure promotions and "sale" are in line with operational requirements </li>
  <li>Ensure "Markdowns" are in line with operational requirements </li>
  <li>Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom) </li>
  <li>Process empty cards, transfers and damages as required </li>
  <li>Check style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properly </li>
  <li>Proactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance </li>
  <li>Ensure that the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times and products are not left on the floor </li>
  <li>Lead and train partner team by example demonstrating good product knowledge </li>
  <li>Provide to Concessions District Sales Manager regular updates on performance of concessions, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement<br> </li>
