This role will help to ensure that Creandum and its portfolios’ stories are brought to life with compelling and high quality content across a range of formats and channels. We support early-stage entrepreneurs in building global, category-defining companies across the most relevant industries.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities will include:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Developing and owning innovative programmes and campaigns that support Creandum’s overall marketing strategy and plan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensuring Creandum’s brand is applied consistently across all channels and content.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Creating visual assets to support marketing initiatives - from social posts to event branding to video content.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Managing relationships with freelance or agency design partners and ensuring deliverables are to a high standard.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Managing, maintaining and upgrading Creandum’s website + owning relationship with developers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Owning the adoption of AI tools within Creandum’s marketing efforts.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Supporting Portfolio companies with marketing/communications needs and fundraising announcements.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Partnering closely with the investment team to support all of their marketing needs - from branding for events through to content for LinkedIn posts.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Partnering closely with the Creandum Events Coordinator to ensure the successful execution of Creandum events, and setting the overall Events strategy for Creandum.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Set, plan and measure objectives and results on a quarterly basis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on comms, marketing strategy, content creation, design, and digital strategy.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Passionate about emerging technologies and testing and trying out the latest innovations, as well as working with startups.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Exceptional visual design skills across multiple formats (web, social, video, motion video, presentations, etc.).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or equivalent design tools, with a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and brand consistency.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Comfortable working across technical platforms and quickly adapting to new tools and technologies.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Exceptional command of English, both spoken and written.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent project management skills; able to lead end-to-end content initiatives.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Location: London, Berlin or Stockholm&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As an equal-opportunity employer, Creandum is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
