About The Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to perform various physical and logistical duties. You would be maintaining safety standards, moving, receiving and organising shipments, unloading materials, doing basic hardware replacements, dealing with RMAs, keeping meticulous records and working with several inventory and ticketing systems, among other things. There will be specialised tasks for which you will receive on the job training, as well as a need to be able to use both heavy and light equipment, depending on the assignment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, multicultural environment.

What You’ll Do:
Serve as a subject matter expert for warehouse operations
Responsible for preparing national and international shipments and related documentation
Responsible for shipping and receiving of IT hardware and other equipment
Responsible for ensuring security, compliance and timely deliveries
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
Overseeing cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas
Verify and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet security specifications
Perform hardware inspections as per the security inspection/receiving procedures
Maintain inventory of all hardware and consumables
Inventory audits and reporting
Installation of parts, such as drives and dimm
Perform basic testing procedures on prod intended assets
Process creation and implementation
Responsible for conducting training and ensuring compliance with certifications
RMA process implementation

Perform other duties as needed or assigned not limited to but including: hardware break fix, installation and decommissioning
What You’ll Need:
3+ years experience with direct experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
Experience building and managing relationships with 3PL companies and vendors

  About the Role:
 </div>
 <div>
  We are looking for a Buyer 1 who will be responsible for managing and supporting Procurement Operations, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely purchase order creation. The Responsibilities include supplier relationship management and maintaining compliance with procurement standards. The role requires strong communicational skill, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a strategic approach to cost management and quality improvement.

  What You'll Do:

    Identify and evaluate vendors, analyse quotes from a TCO(Total cost of Owership) perspective, validation of quotation price with Vendor.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and favourable terms.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Process requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders to supplier.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    E-invoicing process, correction of vendor records and management. Contribute to the maintenance of the supplier database and follow up with vendors on required documentation.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Assist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Effectively communicate and efficiently resolve issues with all internal and external partners.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Maintain proficiency in all relevant policies and procedures, including the ability to articulate and enforce policies and procedures.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Support management reporting on Procurement KPIs, MIS activities.
   </div></li>

  What You'll Need:
 </div>

    Minimum 1 to 3-years’ experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Requisition-to-payment process experience, expediting experience
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Strong communication skills
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Self-manage within assigned accountabilities
   </div></li>
  <li>
   <div>
    Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
   </div></li>

    Ability to manage change effectively while being mindful of business processes and systems implications.
