 As a room attendant you are responsible for the cleanliness of our rooms. You are part of our team of employees making sure that our guests feel at home and feel welcome. Your eye-for-detail makes sure that our hotel is spotless! Your genuine focus on hygiene and cleaning up ensures that the environment meets the highest requirements. You keep the rooms in perfect condition by keeping them clean, replacing the linen and supplementing the accessories according to the desired layout.

 What we ask of you?
 
  EU-National.
  A valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands is required.
  English speaking: Dutch is not mandatory.
  Enthusiasm and a true team player.
  Friendly and service oriented.
  Strong eye for detail.
  Willing to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays.
  Provides Yes, I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.

You need a valid Dutch work permit, English fluency, a friendly demeanor, team spirit, 2-5 years' managerial experience, and flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You supervise housekeeping, manage team tasks, check inventory, ensure quality standards, promote teamwork with other departments, and strive for an exceptional guest experience.

You assist the housekeeping manager in managing and dividing the work and tasks to the housekeeping team based on the forecast of the hotel and make sure your team is having fun while working efficient! You check the inventory of amenities and cleaning products and make sure to support the team where needed. You manage the team from a people’s perspective to make sure that the team is performing at its best. You strive for the best possible guest experience and check the rooms to make sure that all quality standards are exceeded. During the day you are in close contact with the other departments as well such as the guest service mangers and the maintenance manager because you believe that teamwork makes the dream work!
