Mission

Dale Farm is the largest UK farmer-owned dairy cooperative, with operations throughout the UK and Ireland, employing over 1200 people at 8 locations. Using fresh, local milk from our 1300 farmer owners, we manufacture an expansive range of award-winning products for the retail, foodservice and food ingredient markets, distributing to over 40 export markets across the globe. We are proud of our much loved consumer brands - Dale Farm, Dromona and Mullins. We specialise and continually innovate at every step of the food chain from farm input and services, to collecting and marketing members’ milk through to manufacturing and packing a wide range of milk, cream, butter, cheese and ice cream products.
