   About the Role
 </div>
 <div>
   We are looking to recruit Brewers to join our dedicated Brewing organisation at our world-famous Guinness Brewery at Saint James’s Gate, Dublin.
 </div>
 <div></div>
 <div>
   As a Brewer you will combine your scientific/engineering knowledge and experience with the art of Brewing to ensure that brewing conditions are consistently ideal. This will involve some in-depth scientific analysis at specific points in the production process.
 </div>
 <div></div>
 <div>
   You’ll also ensure that the highest levels of quality are maintained throughout our brewing process and in accordance with world class manufacturing standards.
 </div>
 <div></div>
 <div>
   This is a phenomenal opportunity to create an impact by collaborating with the Brewery team and channelling imagination and energy into finding opportunities, developing solutions and building positive relationships with all team members.

   About You
 </div>
 <div>
   We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, has strong problem-solving capability, who wants to make a positive difference, and who is proud of their work standards and process ownership.
 </div>

 <div>
   No previous brewing experience is required to apply and excel in this role, though ideal candidates will benefit from having experience in production operations within a quality-driven process industry.
 </div>
 <div></div>
 <div>
   It would be advantageous if you could demonstrate understanding of beverage production processes in a process led environment, as well as experience of quality, safety &amp; environmental systems.
 </div>
 <div></div>

   Having a scientific and/or engineering qualification or demonstratable experience.
 </div>

   St. James's Gate Brewery in Dublin is Diageo's largest manufacturing facility in Ireland, and the largest stout brewery in the world, producing over three million pints of Guinness every day, supplying a growing Irish, UK and US market, and exporting to 90 global markets. Our main beer brands are Guinness, Rockshore, Hop House 13, Smithwick's and Harp. We also brew Carlsberg and Tuborg under licence for the Irish market, as well as a range of newer products, most recently Guinness 0.0 The brewery is highly utilised placing a premium on plant and process reliability.

   In late 2014 Diageo completed a €169 million investment creating a world class brewing centre of excellence at St. James's Gate, which has increased the competitiveness of beer exports through our end-to-end global supply chain network. Given continued growing demand for our beers, Diageo committed a further €100 million to the Brewery last year, enabling our team to deliver increased volume, new innovations and replacing our Kegging facility.
