We are a human-centered robotics company. Our mission is to make technical advances towards robots and humans working together side by side, with an emphasis on human-centric design. Diligent Robotics is developing a suite of artificial intelligence that enables robots to collaborate with and adapt to humans in everyday environments. 

Our service robots are designed to participate and work together with teams of humans. Our first product is a hospital service robot that can assist clinical staff with logistical tasks, allowing them to spend more of their time on direct patient care, improving patient satisfaction, quality of service, and safety.

Part Time - Clinical Robot Associate - Columbus, OH

You must be customer-service oriented, organized, communicative, self-sufficient, able to lift 40 lbs, work varying shifts, willing to work holidays, be vendor credentialed, extraverted, responsible, results-oriented, passionate about healthcare and technology, have healthcare experience, and a clear-eyed view on robots.

You will monitor and assist mobile service robots in hospitals, collect data, troubleshoot issues, provide feedback to engineers, prioritize customer experience, and communicate with hospital staff and the public.

Through excellent communication and documentation, you will work alongside the hospital staff and our engineering team while assisting a cutting-edge fleet of robots. As part of the founding team, you will help design and implement processes as the organization scales.
