 As a Senior Project Manager at DLR Group you will be responsible for leading client engagement from marketing through the construction phase for our K-12 Sector. As a part of an integrated design team, you will participate in the creation of buildings that elevate the human experience through design. 
 Position Summary 
 In this role you will lead and manage contract negotiations, as well as inform clients about our design procedures. Collaborating with project managers is essential to ensuring the financial well-being and effective completion of our projects, while also maintaining regular communication with clients throughout their project's duration. 
 The successful candidate will:

 <li>Possess a comprehensive understanding of coordination aspects related to requirements of all design disciplines.</li>

 <li>Lead the contract negotiations and approve all contract changes.</li> 
 <li>Ensure timely processing of invoices and engage client for prompt payment.</li> 
 <li>Mentor team members and participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of new staff.</li>

 Required Qualifications:

 <li>Demonstrated experience in a client facing role for multiple K-12 projects.</li> 
 <li>12+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Client Leader.</li> 
 <li>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.</li>
