The co-op will contribute to an HR team that is adaptive, innovative and fun, while contributing to an organization that is at the forefront of the energy transition. This role will focus on recruitment and social media using the Handshake platform and be delegated tasks based on your strengths and interests.
The position will be a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either the Medford or North Andover, MA offices. Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversity.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About You&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Preferred if the candidate has been working as Auditor or Lead Auditor for another Certification Body within the last two years and is included in the ASI register of qualified auditors for FSC.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Education And Professional Experience&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tertiary education (college or university qualification in Forestry primarily or in other sectors such as engineering/environmental science).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Knowledge corresponding to at least a secondary education that includes or is supplemented with courses related to forest based and related industries.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Two (2) years of professional experience in the forest products sector.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Successful completion (certificate) of an IRCA registered “ISO management standard auditor course” or an ISO 19011 course on auditing techniques as per FSC scheme.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Successful completion (Lead auditor certificate) of a CoC auditor training as specified in FSC scheme as per FSC-STD-20, FSC-PRO-20 and training as per FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1, FSC-STD-50-001(V2-1).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of Forestry related regulations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Willing and able to travel up to 100%.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to communicate directly with clients at all levels of an organization including senior management.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to read/interpret audit protocols, labor regulations and work instructions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to write thorough audit reports.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
