The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 1-5 years of current audit experience, CPA License (preferred), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel up to 25-35%. Financial institution industry experience is a plus.

The Financial Institution Audit Associate will work as part of a team serving community banks and credit unions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, analyzing internal controls, resolving client issues, communicating with clients, and providing leadership and assistance to junior team members.
