The ideal candidate for this Graduate Surveyor position in Peterborough must possess a RICS accreditation, a BSc or MSc degree, a driving license, and a combination of skills including teamwork, leadership, innovation, adaptability, relationship-building, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire others.

The candidate will be responsible for working on a variety of projects in building surveying and project management, including client briefing, inspections, project design, report writing, and site supervision, while also working towards becoming a chartered building surveyor with RICS.
