     <br> The Part-time Administrative Assistant for Consulting will support our marketing and business development efforts for Consulting in multiple ways, including ordering and compiling trade show exhibits, shipping, receiving, and storing exhibits and swag, ordering of promotional items, and attending some local and regional in-person tradeshows/events to facilitate setup and break down of booth. This role will also handle basic formatting and proofing needs for department documents and client presentations and deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, and other formats.

     <br> <b>How you will contribute:</b> 
     <br> 
     <ul>
      <li>day operations for Consulting marketing. Tasks may be assigned as needed.</li> 
      <li>Answering questions, navigating firm systems to track down answers &amp; solve problems. </li>
      <li>Liaising with Office Administrators in different markets to coordinate trade show shipments and setup</li> 
      <li>Communications with National Office and Regional MBD departments, Consulting HR, Accounting, &amp; IT departments</li> 
      <li>Assisting Senior Marketing Coordinator with consulting marketing inbox, cleaning up data, list pulls, CRM entry</li> 
      <li>Basic formatting and proofing of presentations and documents using spellcheck, grammar check and firm risk word proofing</li> 
      <li>Attending trade shows in person at various locations around the country to assist with setup, storage, break down and shipping</li> 
      <li>Shipping out of numerous items, trade show banners, easels, promotional swag and maintaining a record of inventory </li>
      <li>Handling logistics and storage needs of trade show booths in the office where they are based</li> 
      <li>Verifying and coding charges and working with Consulting Accounts Payable</li> 
     </ul>

      <li>Strong communication skills &amp; ability to prioritize and take care of multiple projects and meet deadlines, in addition to willingness to work regularly with senior management</li>

     <br> <b>Minimum Qualifications:</b>

      <li>High school diploma or equivalent required, however, associate degree preferred </li>
      <li>Proficient computer, Excel and Microsoft Office products use - PowerPoint and Word</li> 
      <li>1-3 years working in a professional environment</li> 
      <li>Prior experience in a professional services firm preferred, but not required</li> 
      <li>Will be required to be onsite in office 2-3 days per week</li>
