We’re doing this by rewarding farmers with more money, more quickly for farming regeneratively, by offering tailored insights hand-in-hand with the financial products that help accelerate their ability to care for the planet. Without this, we have 40 harvests left. Regeno, backed by Founders Factory and Nesta, empowers farmers to be environmentally and financially resilient by providing the tools to access, optimise and remain compliant with grants using AI/ML. Right now, our tool helps farmers easily identify their optimal grant options on each field (out of a list of 330), apply for those grants and understand their management and compliance needs so they can focus on the farming. Within a few months, we’ve built our first product, have farmers and farming consultancies onboarded and we’re now focusing on scaling the product - which is where you come in! 🔍 Who are we looking for? As a Founder’s Associate, and Regeno’s first employee, you’ll be working directly with Sven, the founder and CEO on all aspects of building a mission driven venture from 0 to 100! With a diverse skill set and a passion for technology and entrepreneurship, you’ll be a champion of Regeno’s mission and values, your role will make a direct impact in helping bring a world-class product to farmers. You must have expertise in social media product development, AI tools, and human psychology, along with experience as a founder, team builder, and in navigating ambiguity and risk.

You will lead the venture, harness generative AI for creative expression, drive brand-safe audience engagement, and empower users with control over their content.

Software Engineering

You should be a passionate entrepreneur eager to innovate in fintech, focusing on insurance, wealth management, or consumer banking. Submit a 1-minute Loom video on your motivations and problem areas.
