<li>Oversee the talent management of the sales team, working with HR on sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing coaching to help each SMB Sales Executive meet or exceed sales goals and position them for advancement within Frontier.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong focus on activity/KPI management and account planning.</li>
<li>Drive revenue growth through the sale of Frontier&rsquo;s products, services, and solutions.</li>
<li>Lead by example, ensuring Frontier creates business value for customers.</li>
<li>Coach SMB Sales Executives on surfacing customer needs, handling objections, and connecting customer business objectives with Frontier offerings.</li>
<li>Review sales proposals to ensure they meet customer needs.</li>
<li>Develop the sales team&rsquo;s ability to provide relevant insights to customers.</li>
<li>Build and expand relationships with decision-makers in prospect and customer accounts.</li>
