About the Role: 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the full-cycle recruitment process, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to attract, identify, and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms, including our ATS (TeamTailor), LinkedIn, and job boards.</li>
<li>Screen resumes and identify candidates who align with the job requirements.</li>
<li>Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Support sourcing initiatives to identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.</li>
<li>Maintain candidate records and track progress within the ATS.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on employer branding projects, such as social media campaigns and recruitment events.</li>
<li>Assist in creating reports on recruitment metrics and performance.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.</li>

Qualifications:<ul>
