You need to be a qualified accountant with experience in smaller companies, possess strong organization and self-driven to execute plans quickly. Have a curious attitude, positive mindset, and excellent communication skills. Showing grit and hungry for success is key.

You will be responsible for financial management, budget tracking, customer invoicing, pricing rules, audit leadership, tax compliance, payroll, treasury management, and reporting at Gravity Sketch.

We welcome you to share your hobbies with the team so we can all try something new!Responsibilities<ul><li>Preparation of monthly management accounts (UK, US, Germany entities and consolidated)</li><li>Preparation and monitoring of budget vs actuals and business partnering with internal teams</li><li>Management of customers including assisting in generating quotes based on customer configurations and pricing rules and invoicing</li><li>Support Revenue Operations Lead with pricing rules, discount structures, and quoting processes</li><li>Reviewing pricing rules, discounting policies, and approval workflows to ensure accurate and consistent pricing in quotes.</li><li>Assist sales teams and other users with any issues or questions related to the CPQ system (no previous experience of CPQ required)</li><li>Create and manage reports to provide insights into sales performance, quote generation, and other key metrics</li><li>Processing and payment of purchase invoices and ensuring following appropriate approval policies</li><li>Ensuring tax compliance and transfer pricing adherence&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining company share options</li><li>Leading the group’s annual audit&nbsp;</li><li>Managing payroll and associated processes</li><li>Ongoing review of the group’s treasury position to ensure appropriate liquidity at all times</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)</li><li>Experience working in a smaller company (ie not solely large enterprise 1000+ experience). Bonus points for start-up or SaaS specific experience&nbsp;</li><li>Organisation: Excellent structure and organisation, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Self-driven: Able to hit the ground running and execute quickly once we have aligned on a plan.&nbsp;</li><li>Self-driven to learn, to set targets, and able to work under limited supervision.</li><li>Passion and curiosity: curious personality and enjoys digging deep to understand and solve a problem.</li><li>Grit: Positive attitude, and strong team working skills and hungry for success, not afraid to roll up sleeves and help out wherever needed. Comfortable with things changing often.&nbsp;</li><li>People-oriented: Excellent communicator - both written and verbal</li><li>Ideally able to work from our Brixton,&nbsp;London&nbsp;studio at least once per week</li></ul>
