  <li> Able to perform, plan, and analyze DIL (Driver in the Loop) simulation rig testing and data.</li>
  <li> Able to analyze track test data using Pi Cosworth software.</li>
  <li> Responsible for communicating complex, technical data to various levels of the organization.</li>
  <li> Develop test plans for and analyze data from Kinematic and Compliance, push-up, 7-post-test rigs and other lab resources to improve the performance of race cars.</li>
  <li> Apply simulation engineering principles and knowledge of racing performance to optimize systems and resolve system level issues.</li>
  <li> Develop and deploy tools to streamline the reporting of simulation and rig test data to the race teams as well as improve the execution of the tests.</li>
