The ideal candidate for this Operations Leadership Graduate Program should have a Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or Business combined with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. They should also have 1-3 years of working experience and be advanced in English language. Additionally, they should possess a hands-on mentality, passion for learning, a commitment to providing excellent customer experience, and a global mindset with an interest in operational management and intercultural experiences. They should also be open to change and have a continuous improvement mindset.

The candidate will participate in an 18-month program, rotating between key roles in the Tool Service Center, driving improvement projects, and developing global initiatives. The goal is to prepare the candidate for leadership positions within the After Market Services division at Hilti Group and foster international opportunities.
