This facility serves Imperial students and staff as well the local community and includes a sports hall, climbing wall, swimming pool, squash courts, state-of-the-art-fitness gym, exercise studio and sports therapy rooms.</p>
           <p>This is a customer facing role, and as such the successful applicant must be ready to communicate with a diverse range of customers and demonstrate a strong commitment towards ensuring excellence in customer service and enhancing the customer experience and ensuring that all areas work in accordance with Departmental and Imperial requirements and agreed standards.</p>
           <p>Please note this post is offered on a 5 out of 7 day contract and will require flexibility regarding work patterns. Shift patterns will comprise, early, mid, and late shifts. The earliest start is 06:30 and the latest a shift will finish is 22:30. The Ethos operating hours are: 07:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 20:00 Saturday and Sunday.</p>
