 A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

 Brand Performance- Drive demand ensuring penetration growth via world-class marketing effectiveness and execution to deliver Net Sales & Net Contribution commitments. 
Brand Communication - Support and often lead the development of distinctive brand and shopper communication across Europe, consistent with powerful brand positioning and addressing specific jobs to be done on the purchasing funnel. 
Brand Expansion- Ensure communications and activation output on regional brands match the needs of all markets 
Product Innovation- Support the innovation team in bringing new product developments (NPD) to market by developing consumer and shopper assets. 
Collaboration- Lead a diverse group of individuals from strategy & insights, brand promotions, finance, nutrition, innovation, and agency partners towards the successful execution of relevant content. Excite and engage the markets through regular and proactive communication of the brand calendar (innovation, communications, and activation), building the local/central relationship through regular brand connect and booth sessions. 

 We’re Looking for Someone With 

 Passion for brands, products, and communications; excellent influencing, collaboration, and project management skills.Capacity to adapt quickly to change and prioritize key tasks. 
Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to build and manage long-distance relationships. 
Experience working within the FMCG snacks category and in a local market capacity is advantageous.
