 <li>Liaise with Commercial staff &amp; Regional Finance Directors to provide cash flow forecast required for tender approvals in accordance with the Delegated Authorities.</li> 
 <li>Checks on Contract Documents – read, review and approve (prior to Execution by Directors). Ensure letter of intent and / or contract documents (as applicable) are signed before work commences on site.</li> 
 <li>Briefing and advice to project delivery team. Input into procurement strategy including Consultant &amp; Sub-contractor design responsibilities and warranty requirements.</li> 
 <li>To be a point of contact for advice on contractual matters / issues in business units during the lifecycle of a project liaising with Legal as required.</li>
