Influencer Marketing Part-time Intern - Dutch Speaking

You pursue a relevant degree, speak German & English fluently, are social media-savvy, detail-oriented, tech literate, thrive in startups, and have a passion for digital brand building.

You will identify and reach out to influencers, assist in partnerships, coordinate product sendouts, provide feedback, track performance metrics, and learn about successful campaigns.

 Founded in 2014, Linjer is a design studio with a goal of making it easier for people to invest in long-lasting, quality products. ("Linjer" means "lines" in Norwegian - we have Scandinavian roots.) We started Linjer because we were fed up with choosing between unsustainable fast fashion products and overpriced luxury goods. We love quality but don't love overpaying for logos, so we convinced the suppliers of luxury brands to work with us and produce products of our own design. We sell only on our website, which allows us to sell our products (jewelry, bags and watches) for a fraction of the price of traditional luxury brands. We love minimalist design and want to make our customers feel great, all while minimizing our harm to the environment.
 We are looking for driven University students who are interested in influencer marketing to help us grow our brand in German speaking markets.
 This is a paid internship with flexible working hours, and can be remote or on-site in our office in London. You should be able to dedicate at least 12 work hours per week.

 What You'll Do

 <li>Learn how to identify, evaluate and reach out to influencers with strong brand fit</li>
 <li>Get trained in negotiating and pitching new influencer partnerships</li>
 <li>Help coordinate influencer gifting and product sendouts</li>
 <li>Learn how to review and provide editing feedback to influencers</li>
 <li>Assist in liaising with influencer managers and agencies</li>
 <li>Assist in creative briefing and messaging preparation</li>
 <li>Learn how to track traffic, sales and other performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics</li>
 <li>Learn what it means to run a successful influencer marketing campaign with key concepts like CPMs and ROAS</li>
 <li>Be able to speak about our products and brand with passion</li>

 Who You Are
 <ul>
 <li>You’re currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, fashion merchandising, or other related fields</li>
 <li>You have an eye for aesthetics, and a high standard for quality and beauty</li>
 <li>You can speak, read and write German and English proficiently (business level). Bonus point if you speak other languages as well.</li>
 <li>You’re an avid social media user and have a strong passion for digital brand building. In particular, you know YouTube and Instagram extremely well</li>
 <li>You share the passion and values of our brand</li>
 <li>You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement</li>
 <li>You take initiative and are driven by passion</li>
 <li>You’re thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following processes</li>
