  Ensuring that legal entities in-scope are compliant with applicable laws and regulations including regulatory filings, evaluating the impact of evolving legal and statutory landscape in all geographies of operation.
  Regulatory compliance tool management and review of compliances in a pragmatic and risk-based manner.
  Assistance in managing any potential disputes and litigation.
  Providing time-sensitive support on a wide array of legal inquiries concerning all aspects of operations.
 
 
 WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
 
  Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience; Exposure to IT/ITES sector is a plus but not mandatory.
  Law degree and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
  Competence to review and identify common legal issues in contracts; Excellent research & analytical skills.
  Ability to function autonomously yet communicate laterally and upward with ease.
  High motivation, creative problem-solving, and laser-focused on details.
  Drive to deliver high-quality results effectively and efficiently; possess high level of integrity.
