 About the Villa 
 This is a position that is based in Dubai, UAE. 
 The family is used to have a lot of staff working in their home. It is a very respectful and trustworthy family. Several of our candidates are currently working for the family and are very happy about their job. 
 This position is a LIVE in position - all though you will be in a DEDICATED accommodation (apartment) and you will not be living within the property of the family. Family will cover the cost for your accommodation. You will be sharing the appartment with another female candidate, you will have one bedroom each of course. Basically, you will be sharing the kitchen and the living room. 
 There are many advantages in the work package such as:

 <li> and a car will be at your disposal or a private chauffeur.</li>

 The project 
 The family is looking for an Experienced Personal Assistant / Butler with significant experience in Hospitality and/or in Events, who is able to start to work reasonably soon, depending on the path of the recruitment process of course. 
 The client is NOT looking for an Executive Assistant or a Corporate Assistant (even though your skills would be perfectly transposable), he will only consider profiles who have extensive experience in hospitality and who already have previous experiences as Personal Assistant for private UHNWI / families. 
 This is a permanent contract. There will be a period of trial (defined by the client during the interview). The trial period could be up to 3 months. 
 You must have several years of experience working as a Personal Assistant for VIPs and you are used to handling: 
 <ul>
 <li> flight arrangements,</li>
 <li> bookings for hotels</li>
 <li> and taking care of personal goods, especially while traveling with the Principal and registering those goods and items</li>
 <li> organizing private events such as dinners, parties,</li>
 <li> you have a great sense of service, table service</li>
 <li> you are used to travel with the Principals and organize all their luggage, all the bookings for extra luggage and specific goods.</li>
 </ul> 
 You would be assisting the Principal in the capacity defined by the client, and being in the scope of his operations based in Dubai and France, and other countries.
 
 You will be travelling to:

 <li> Europe, mainly France ( the client would prefer a candidate who already knows France, he is passionate about France and travels to France a lot already)</li>

 All initial interviews will be telephonic interviews, and the final interviews would be organized in-person, directly in Dubai. The client pays for all the flights. 
 The client is looking for someone with significant experience working for VIPs, UHNWI and Private families before as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
