  Merantix is growing the Merantix AI Campus organisation and is looking for a talent that has an eye for detail, while being eager to contribute to a dynamic and ambitious initiative in a small team. Merantix AI Campus organisation to support and run operations and events.

  Your profile
 
  Your main responsibilities will contain:
 
   Ensure that the Merantix AI Campus is fully operational and processes are running smoothly by:
   
     Manage our daily operations including customer support, member on-/offboarding and inventory management,
     Serve as the primary contact for our members and service providers for various operational topics:
     Manage invoicing and preparatory bookkeeping
   
   Partner with our Community & Events Manager in the seamless organisation and preparation events and community operations;
   Assist our wider team, by taking a proactive approach to identify trending/common issues and help resolving them;
   Evaluate and improve existing processes by identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
