Quick adaptability, clear communication, IES software proficiency, and an interest in sustainability are a must.

You will work on dynamic modelling, energy assessments, advising design teams, improving thermal comfort, daylight assessments, PHPP analysis, BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes, and site visits.

You will be expected to develop dynamic 3D computer models of the proposed building and input and analyse data from the computer simulation software to meet various targets. You must have a passion for sustainability, energy systems, and a degree in a related field. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a design team are essential. A full driving license is a plus.

You will design sustainable mechanical and electrical systems, advise on achieving net zero carbon, work with design teams, assess energy use with thermal modelling, inspect installations, and utilize CAD and BIM software.
