An ideal candidate will be a team player with a hefty background in sales and management, and a high drive to get things moving in a fast-paced environment.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The main responsibilities of a City Lead at MINDSPACE include (but are not limited to):&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead, grow and develop a team of sales, community and operations managers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and implement profit-driven and cost-effective strategies aligned with building financials, while overseeing in-house expenditures.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Together with the Sales Managers, manage sales efforts &amp;amp; implement solutions to improve business performance in the city.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Accountable for driving the highest levels of member satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Accountable for member retention.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operations run smoothly through Belin branches.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work with local community managers and community associates to ensure high customer satisfaction, and high NPS results.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be the POC for all corporate matters between the German market &amp;amp; MINDSPACE HQ.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitor budgets, collection, KPIs, and market’s performance.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with various HQ stakeholders, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc., in order to make sure goals are met.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nurture Mindspace’s brand through PR efforts, events, and liaison with the Marketing department &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience &amp;amp; Minimum Qualifications:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;4+ years experience in managing a team and leading a business unit &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3+ year of sales and/or customer service &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience working in international environment - an advantage&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting or similar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;MBA - advantage &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong verbal and written communication skills&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven ability to drive revenue and/or build winning teams&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fluent English and German&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Critical Competencies For Success&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;You must be a multi-faceted professional who has dabbled in a variety of fields; A general understanding of team development, sales, marketing, customer service, business, finance and more are a huge advantage &amp;amp; necessary for the growth of MINDSPACE Germany &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;You must be a great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Analytical skills, organizational skills and good time-management - are key for this position. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experienced working with people &amp;amp; managing cross-functional teams?
