As Creative Producer, you will be working at the sharp end of our agency’s creative workflow.

You will be responsible for managing the process that brings our ideas into the physical world and for providing the production guidance and commercial rigour that help our ideas flourish.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of live, virtual and hybrid events and for helping our agency navigate the ongoing variable challenges presented by a post-pandemic world.

Working in close collaboration with our creative, technology and business leadership teams, alongside both our clients and internal and external partners, you will occupy a position of trust and authority with the agency.

/ YOU WILL


 * Be a detail-orientated and confident agency producer with content and event production experience - both acting as a sole producer on smaller productions (i.e. local content shoots), and as the agency production representative across larger-scale campaigns (i.e. global events).
 * Be hungry to make culture-defining work for some of the biggest brands in the world. You’ll love managing and delivering your own smaller-scale productions, whilst equally being passionate about working with production partners on some of our larger-scale deliveries.
 * Beyond the productions themselves and the skillset required to execute those, you’ll have a keen eye on the modern social media landscape, understanding how content is published, not just made, ensuring we’re continually pushing boundaries.
 * Provide leadership and accountability throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation through to post-event wash up.
