Your Team Responsibilities

By supporting a suite of Portfolio Construction, Risk Management and Performance Attribution Analytics, consultants look to develop deep linkages with our clients and to help them to make best usage of our products in the context of their investment or risk process and their business goals.

The MSCI Business Involvement Screening Research (BISR) team maintains the data and content of the following solutions: Business Involvement, Sanctions, and Sustainable Impact Metrics. BISR covers over 60,000 publicly listed companies globally, identifying their activities and business ties related to specific themes such as, but not limited to, alcohol, animal welfare, gambling, defense and weapons, country sanctions, or sustainable impact themes.
</p><p>The BISR Content team is responsible for monitoring the quality of the BISR data and driving improvements to client experience by performing content quality assurance, investigating data quality issues, and formulating remediations and solutions. Additionally, the team reviews and enhances methodology and monitor industry trends and developments.
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Own, oversee, and further improve data quality and content belonging to the BISR dataset, particularly medical- and healthcare-related content
</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to and resolve queries or concerns raised by clients or companies
</li></ul><ul><li>Investigate data quality issues and propose remediations and solutions
</li></ul><ul><li>Review the application of the BISR methodology in the screening research process
