National Journal Daily is an insider's source for everything happening on the Hill and the White House. Published nightly, The Daily provides both quick takes on the news of the day as well as deep-dive stories that explain the news of the day and offers quick analysis for a plugged-in audience.

Your responsibilities will include:

<li>Searching and curating the morning&rsquo;s political news via Google, Lexis/Nexis, social media, and dozens of newspapers and other sources</li>
<li>
Reporting on Capitol Hill as necessary</li>
<li>
Writing short pieces of news and analysis</li>
<li>
Collaborate with staff correspondents and editors on larger feature stories</li>
<li>
Assisting on larger projects</li>
</ul>

You are the ideal Policy Research Intern if:
