You should have knowledge of CBT/DBT, experience with complex needs relating to personality disorders, and a desire to enhance the evidence base for effective services.

IMPART is composed of friendly, busy, and innovative staff delivering third wave CBT evidence based psychological therapies to high risk clients with difficulties consistent with a personality disorder across NELFT. We are seeking staff with knowledge of CBT and/or DBT who would like to develop their expertise in working with complex trauma (PD) in our community based service. This post is ideal for a newly qualified psychologist looking to develop expertise in working with complex presentations. Training in CBT for PD will be provided by BABCP accredited CBT therapists and trainers. Training in DBT will be provided by a consultant DBT trainer. Opportunities exist for training in ACT, CFT, and NET. We work with a hybrid model, allowing staff to combine working on site with virtual working, thus supporting for flexibility and a better work/life balance.
